Job Summary:This role requires an individual who is passionate about advocating for the welfare of children and families. As a Child Welfare Advocate, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to parents and their families, helping them to access the resources they need to overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide emotional and practical support to parents and their families, promoting effective relationships and communication.
- To work closely with local authorities and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that confidentiality is upheld at all times.
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children, young people, and families in a social care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
