Young Learner Advocate

Future Education is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Young Learner Advocate to join its team of dedicated educators in Wandsworth. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher who is passionate about providing high-quality education and care for young children.
**About the Role:**
- This position involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, exploration, and social-emotional growth in young learners.
- You will develop and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of EYFS students.
- Beyond teaching, you will build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver interactive lessons that meet the needs of EYFS students, promoting active learning and engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework, incorporating best practices in early years teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and any relevant incidents or concerns.
**We Are Looking For:**
- An experienced EYFS Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record in early childhood education.
- Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative and patient individual who can adapt to the unique needs of each student.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with early childhood education trends.
**Salary & Benefits:**
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and a competitive salary.
