Autistic Young People Support Specialist

We are seeking an Autistic Young People Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at ESPA College in South Hill. As a member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of autistic young people aged 16-25.
About the Job- You will develop and deliver high-quality teaching programs tailored to the individual needs of each learner.
- Closely collaborating with colleagues, you will ensure that lessons are engaging and inclusive, meeting the sensory requirements of all students.
- Through accurate record-keeping and data analysis, you will track student progress toward achieving their Education, Health, and Care plans targets.
A key requirement for this position is a strong background in working with autistic learners who need extra support in education. Holding a PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
Estimated Salary: £41,500 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
