About the Position:

Our special needs school in South East London is committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for young autistic individuals.

We are looking for an Autistic Support Assistant to work full-time with our students, using their expertise to create personalized learning plans and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

  • Assist in maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom community.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored teaching strategies.
  • Analyze student progress and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and a passion for creating innovative learning solutions.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
