SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join our team at a special needs school in South East London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and vibrant learning environment for young autistic individuals.

About the Role:- Provide high-quality teaching support to students with autism, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a calm and organized classroom environment, ensuring that students feel safe and supported throughout the day.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with autism.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autistic individuals, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt their teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of our students. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.
