About the Role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including developing personalised strategies to meet individual needs and providing training to educational professionals on recognising speech, language and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents and carers to develop comprehensive support plans for children and young people
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for educational staff on best practices for supporting speech, language and communication needs
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, informing the development of targeted interventions
