Young People's Nurturing Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced Young People's Nurturing Support Professional to join our team at One Call 24 LTD. This role involves working with young people in a residential setting, providing high-quality care and support.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people.
  • Help young people develop life skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of care experience in the UK, preferably with children and young people, within the last 2 years.
  • Enhanced DBS required.
  • Sleep-in shifts available.
Salary and Benefits:

£29,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Competitive salary and benefits package including professional development opportunities.
