You will play a pivotal part in bringing out the best in each young person, enhancing their social, practical, and emotional skills in preparation for adulthood. Your leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage both employees and resources to achieve high service standards, exceeding regulatory requirements.

Your role as Residential Home Lead will involve taking overall responsibility for the management and leadership of the home, promoting high standards of care in line with regulatory bodies. You will also ensure referrals and occupancy are up-to-date and maintained.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Manager/Deputy Manager in a children's home, with strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations. You must be able to demonstrate reflective staff supervision, managerial, and communication skills. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of £**£40,000-£60,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a Residential Home Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
