About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and approachable Housing Support Worker to join our team in South Manchester.

This role involves working closely with young adults who are supported by our mental health service, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to live independently in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas where service users need support, collaborating with them to devise individual support plans, and providing guidance and encouragement to implement these plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
