Job Title: Youth Support Worker

About the Role:

As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality support service to young people who are Care Leavers and Unaccompanied Minors. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized support, promoting the independence, wellbeing, and inclusion of service users. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
  • Collaborating with our team to create personalized support plans, addressing the unique needs and challenges of each young person.
  • Providing guidance and assistance with education, employment, and life skills development.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of our services.
