Job Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team at Evolve Housing + Support. As a Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people to improve their independent living skills and achieve their goals and aspirations.

Our service provides 24-hour support to 24 customers, aged 16-24, who are currently homeless. We use the Recovery Model to empower our customers to make decisions about their support and our person-centred approach enables them to identify their existing strengths and skills.

Your job role will involve supporting customers with immigration applications, accessing support for substance abuse, and promoting their well-being and self-care. You will also need to network and build relationships with other agencies to access support for our customers.
