Sterling Cross Ltd is excited to launch a new community service on the Isle of Man, aimed at improving access to preventative and early intervention therapies for children and young people. As Clinical Lead Psychologist, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing this service.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the psychological assessment and therapeutic treatment of children and young people, as well as experience in team leadership and inter-disciplinary collaboration. A notable experience practicing at Consultant Psychologist level is desirable.

You will lead a strong therapies team, shaping and implementing a high-quality, innovative psychological service. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring staff, as well as collaborating with other professionals.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a substantial relocation package to support your move to the Isle of Man. We can consider practitioners in the Clinical, Counselling, and Forensic modalities for this role.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £75,000 per annum, based on the national average for a Clinical Lead Psychologist in the UK. Benefits include a generous annual leave entitlement, competitive parental leave and pension plan, and death in service allowances. Flexible working opportunities are also available.
