Lead Residential Care Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Care Professional to join our team at VIRTUAL BRIDGES. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people with EBD.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of OFSTED regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to drive with access to own vehicle are essential.

Salary: Estimated at £45,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
  • Oversee the provision of high-quality care and support to children and young people with EBD.
  • Lead a team of support workers in delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and staff.
Collaboration:
  • Liaise with external agencies and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work closely with the safeguarding team to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents and staff.
