">Job Description:
- As our Head of SEND Services, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our children and young people receive the best possible education and support. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
- You'll work closely with the leadership team to drive transformation and improvement across the service. This will involve working with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of experience in special educational needs and disability services
