Supporting Vulnerable Children in a Nurturing Environment
We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team at a children's EBD home in London. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where they can develop their skills and knowledge in a range of areas, including child development, behavior management, and therapeutic interventions.
Competitive Salary: £14.50 per hour
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent training and development opportunities, including a programme to achieve an NVQ qualification. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of the young people in our care, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide one-to-one and group support to young people with EBD
- To contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
- To maintain accurate records and reports as required
