Young People's Residential Support Position

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to children and young people with daily needs, personal care, and activities, fostering a positive environment.
You will need to have experience working with children and young people in a residential or respite care setting, along with a strong understanding of child development and the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities. You will also need to hold a DBS on the update service for children and adults and have relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Provide care and support to children and young people with daily needs, personal care, and activities.
- Ensure safety by adhering to safeguarding policies and conducting safety checks.
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care and support.
