About the Role

As a dedicated Life Practitioner, you will be working with young adults who require support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide a safe and supportive environment for our young adults. If you have experience in residential care or a similar field, we would like to hear from you.

The salary for this position is £12.13 per hour, which is competitive and reflective of the demands of the role.

The requirements for this position include:

  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to complete it.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
