About the Role

As a Life Practitioner at Kisimul Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual who can offer complete commitment to helping our young adults achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the staff team across all levels to ensure the safety and well-being of our young adults at all times.
  • Participate in innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
  • Build positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
  • Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
  • Evaluate and record any changes to their needs.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete this.
