Support Worker for Children and Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates in Birmingham. The successful candidate will support the Deputy and Registered Manager in providing a safe and secure environment for children and young adults with Complex Emotional Disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support residents in a safe and secure environment, liaising with external providers as needed.
- Manage rota, recruitment, and inductions for new staff members in the absence of management.
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Understanding of OFSTED regulations, standards, and safeguarding.
- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Paid £13.50 per hour.
- Working Hours: 40 hours, including shifts and ad-hoc sleeps.
- Location: Birmingham.
