Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support to young adults with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Safeguard young adults at all times in collaboration with the staff team.
  • Participate in recreational events designed to enhance social skills and overall well-being.
  • Assist with care tasks to ensure the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of young adults are met.
  • Foster positive relationships built on dignity and respect.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping to facilitate effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Passion for care and progression in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Resilient and confident approach to meeting the diverse needs of young adults.
  • Strong computer literacy to efficiently manage records and participate in team meetings.
  • Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
