Rural School Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ripple Education. As a Rural School Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children with SEN in a rural school setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with children, teachers, and support staff to provide a high-quality education experience. A strong background in Behaviour Management and experience working with children with SEN are highly desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Supporting classroom activities and managing behaviour
- Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment
We offer a salary of £29,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training and professional development.
