This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our Learning Disability Team. The role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, along with hybrid working, excellent training, and easy accessibility by car or public transport.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with disabled adults, understanding and supporting their needs. Key responsibilities include completing care act assessments, mental capacity assessments, and community DOL assessments.

The team employs a strengths-based approach, working within the framework of the Care Act 2014. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience. They will also hold a degree in Social Work and possess excellent knowledge of safeguarding adults, Direct Payments, and the Care Act 2014.
