Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Invoice Administrator to join our team. As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate invoice approval processes and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or errors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in invoice administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
