Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to provide professional assistance to our Sunderland team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a high-quality customer service experience to all callers on behalf of the Sunderland team.
- Supporting staff with clerical tasks, including letter production, invoicing, and minute-taking.
- Managing internal databases, uploading new referrals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Producing accurate statistics and reports to inform business decisions.
- Receiving and recording incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitoring and replenishing office stationery stocks.
Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to input and maintain accurate data records.
- Effective time management and workload prioritization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Flexibility to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- High standard of business correspondence production.
- Experience in customer service environments.
- Minute-taking experience.
- GCSE Grade '4' or equivalent in English and Maths.
