Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate invoice approval processes and follow-up on any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or errors.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.Requirements:

Previous experience in invoice administration or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
