We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Finance Administrator **to join our small Finance Team.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be accountable for the Sales and Treasury functions within the department.
**Salary £24,114.00 to £26,794.00**
**Working hours - 39 hours per week**
**Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.30pm**
**Friday 7:45 to 1:45**
**There is also the option of working from home 2 days a week.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing all sales Self Bill invoices and maintain supporting analysis
- Processing Inter Company sales invoices and maintain supporting analysis
- Processing Scrap Self Bill invoices and maintain supporting analysis
- Process other misc. sales invoices
- Management of the Accounts Receivable Inbox
- Chase any overdue sales invoices and support with any customer queries
- Maintain and post the Cashbooks for GBP, EUR & JPY transactions
- Management of the Petty Cash function and process all related transactions
- Posting the Month End Cashbook journal and allocate receipts & payments
- Run the Month End Debtors Report
- Support with HMRC Customs administration
- Reviewing systems and processes, making improvements where necessary
- Accounts Payable duties (cover/rotation)
- Any adhoc tasks required to support the Finance Team
**The Person**:
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills
- Experience within the automatic industry is preferred but not essential
- Solid team working skills
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Confident with Excel and quick to learn other systems, such as SUN
- Ability to develop good customer/colleague relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to work to deadlines
