Job Title: Invoice Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Administrator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As an Invoice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate invoice approval processes and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in invoice administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
