Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join their busy administration team on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is available for an immediate start.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist the organisation's management team in achieving business objectives by supporting internal processes, projects, and initiatives. This includes supporting with email and telephone queries, ensuring office compliance, supporting with invoices and internal processing, as well as providing administrative support for new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, including email and telephone queries.
- Ensure office compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Support with invoices and internal processing.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Previous administration and marketing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
