Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading distributer of luxury, high quality beauty products, in their search for a Sales Administrator
They are looking for someone to manage their online shops, including invoicing, stock levels, preparing, packing, and sending orders. And who can provide high quality customer service to their customers.
This role is part time (24 hours per week).
Main responsibilities:
- Be the contact point for all distribution clients, to deal with all queries, processing, and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with USA to place orders, arrange customs and haulage for goods.
- Process orders and payments over the telephone.
- Contact clients for sales and any queries.
- Arrange and get best price and service for all haulage for incoming consignments for all brands.
- Arrange DPD collections.
- Stay up to date with new products and training.
You must have proven experience as a Sales Administrator as well as excellent IT skills. You must be able to ensure that sales targets are met and can work under strict deadlines.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
