Hours: 7.00am - 4.00pm, 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm

**The Role**

Work activities vary but will include - telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.

**Here are a few of the tasks you will be involved with...**
- Receipt and review of requisitions from Site Managers/Stores
- Creation of purchase orders within IFS and co-ordination with suppliers
- Receipt and recording of GRN’s and onward submission to recorders
- Processing of invoices
- Receipt and review of weekly timesheets and input into CD systems
- Review of approved Holiday requests and record into systems
- Provision of reports as required to the business on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Recording of Tool Box Talks

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have previous administration experience and we’ll expect accurate Microsoft Office skills with good intermediate knowledge of Excel and error free data entry. Previous payroll experience would be advantageous.

As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
