Personal Support Worker for Young Adult

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Associate to join our client's care team. The successful candidate will work on a flexible rota, providing overnight support to a young adult in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to a young adult, including assistance with daily living activities
- Helping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- Supporting the individual's independence and promoting their well-being
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care setting or a related field
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: Approximately £195.00 per week, based on a 13-hour working day at £15.00 per hour. Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year.
