Support Worker Role

Job Type: Full-time, 33 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: £20.50-£22.00 per hour (based on experience) and includes a welcome bonus of up to £1,500 (terms and conditions apply)
About the RoleIn this role, you will form part of the team working with young people who need support to achieve their goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individual support plans in consultation with residents.
- Promoting person-centred planning and involvement.
- Liaising with other services to ensure residents receive appropriate support.
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
- Helping residents to identify training needs and education opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in young people's lives. Ideally, you will have experience in a support worker setting and hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
