Nighttime Support Worker for a Young Professional's Care Team

We are currently recruiting for a Nighttime Support Worker to join our care team, providing personal care and independent living support to a young professional.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, working 13 hour waking night shifts (8pm-8am Sunday to Thursday, 9pm-9am Friday & Saturday) with a competitive hourly rate of £15 p/h. Our full-time equivalent staff enjoy 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata, making this role a great option for those seeking a good work-life balance.
No previous experience in care is required, as we provide full training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in this role.
As a Nighttime Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing nighttime support and personal care
- Assisting with health care needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping and domestic duties

Please note that while a full UK driving license is desirable, it is not essential for this position. However, being fluent in English is a requirement.
