Senior Support Worker Role

Autism Unlimited is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position, 39 hours per week, with alternate weekends and sleep-ins required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues
  • Ensure the well-being and growth of the individual we support
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals
  • Administer tasks and maintain records
  • Work flexible hours, including sleep-ins and on-call shifts
  • Drive to activities and maintain a safe environment

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience with Autism and challenging behaviour
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full driving license and access to a car
