The estimated salary for this position is around £26,000 per annum, taking into account the level of experience and qualifications required. As a Care Support Professional, you will be working closely with residents, understanding their individual abilities, and providing support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including documentation of care plans and progress.
  • Support residents with their meals, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and fluids.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
