Are you passionate about helping others live independently?
As a Casual Care and Support Worker with the Aster Group, you will be part of a dedicated team providing domiciliary care and support to adults in their own homes.
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to assist our service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic duties.
You will work flexibly with adults to enable them to remain independent and live their lives to the full. Our team supports individuals with various needs, including physical, learning, and mental disabilities.
The role involves assisting with daily tasks, such as getting up or going to bed, washing, bathing, hair care, denture, and mouth care, as well as transfer/hoisting and assisting with food or drink.
Our service covers a wide range of tasks, including preparation, eating, and drinking, associated kitchen cleaning, and hygiene.
If you have good communication skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills, and are compassionate and patient, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is £12.60 per hour.
