About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Nursing and Support Professional to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to children with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work) or equivalent experience
  • Full UK Driving License (advantageous)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £14.50 per hour (approximately £29,760 per annum), paid monthly. Please note that we do not provide VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance.
