About the JobAs a Youth Development Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing daily support to children, creating a positive and safe environment for them to grow and develop. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children in developing essential skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Organising and participating in engaging activities such as gardening, swimming, art, and community trips.
- Working closely with other team members, families, and external agencies to provide exceptional care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
