Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents and their families
  • Providing individualized care and support plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes

Salary and Benefits:

  • £29,959.80 - £31,176.60 per annum (including sleep-in rate)
  • Hourly rate range £11.60 - £12.20
  • Sleep-in rate £55.00 (average of 2.25 sleep-ins per week)
