Practitioner for Young People

As a Practitioner for Young People, you will work in a supportive environment that prioritizes collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, organizing engaging activities, and developing care plans that promote independence and socialization.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in training and development programs, including a Level 4 Certificate in Therapeutic Care where required, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package, including an LGPS pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
