Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Care Coordinator for a dedicated caseload of patients suffering from Serious Mental Illness.
  • Provide person-centred, evidence-based interventions to aid recovery.
  • Work collaboratively within the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team.

The Mental Health Practitioner will have the opportunity to develop their skills in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychological therapies. Regular clinical and peer supervision will be provided.

The role includes opportunities for flexible working, subject to service needs being met.

A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post.
