Gilbert Meher Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to join our team in Weymouth. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery for all residents.
  2. Ensure the home consistently meets CQC standards, along with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  3. Recruit, train, and support a skilled and compassionate care team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  4. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to maintain the home's financial health.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are met with compassion and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, ideally within medium-to-large homes.
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial planning in a care setting.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
