Mental Health Specialist Job Description

Tamakihealth is seeking a skilled Primary Care Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate qualification enabling therapeutic work with clients and registration with a registering body under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (HPCA).

You will work collaboratively with GP teams, health coaches, and community support workers to promote well-being and provide brief behavioural and psychological interventions to promote mental and physical health and wellbeing for our clinic populations.

The successful applicant will also develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic models, supporting nurses and GPs to promote well-being in routine GP care.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
