Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker at Lily Residential Services LTD.

About the Job:

This role involves providing individualized support and care to children and young people with complex needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for these young individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and stability through developing strong relationships with the child.
  • Implementing therapeutic techniques and interventions as part of a care plan.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the child's progress and any incidents that may arise.
  • LIASING WITH SCHOOLS AND OTHER RELEVANT PROFESSIONALS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS SUPPORT FOR THE CHILD'S EDUCATIONAL NEEDS.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITHIN A TEAM.
  • RELIABILITY, COMPASSION, AND A COMMITMENT TO MAKING A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN CHILDREN'S LIVES.
  • A DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
