Job Title: Care Worker for Young Adults
Location: Weymouth
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced care worker to join our team in supporting young adults with complex needs. As a care worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our service users, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Salary: £12-£14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to service users in their own homes and local community
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting service users with self-harming incidents
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
