Senior Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at LILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD. As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children who have experienced trauma and/or neglect.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and support to children and young people to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supporting the running of the home, including cooking meals, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Engaging in outdoor activities and promoting life skills to help children develop independence and self-sufficiency.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as social workers and education providers.
We offer a competitive salary of £80 per hour, including a sleep-in rate, and a welcome bonus of up to £1,500. If you are passionate about improving the lives of children and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
