This leadership development role offers a bespoke service supporting three children/young people with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and related supported needs.

  • You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure effective service delivery, meeting the needs of the young people we support.
  • Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and implementations to provide strategies for achieving identified outcomes.
  • Be part of an on-call system, with senior managers from the organisation available for support.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will earn a starting salary of £27,560 per year, increasing up to £29,700 per year upon completion of the learning pathway, dependent on experience.

The position requires a minimum of two years of experience as a Support Worker or an existing Senior Support Worker in the social care sector, preferably with children or adults with learning disabilities, autism, or similar needs.
