About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our care, while also contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  2. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in care, preferably in a residential setting
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in childcare or youth work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
