Senior Home Care Worker

LILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Home Care Worker to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children and to be part of a supportive and dynamic team.
About the Role:
- To provide individualized care and support to children with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters trust and respect.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily care and support to children, including activities such as outdoor play, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and behavior management plans.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the home and the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
- An enhanced DBS check and a clear five-year UK work history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £29,000 per annum, including a welcome bonus of up to £1,500. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
