Do you want to make a difference in people's lives?
As a Casual Care and Support Worker with the Aster Group, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering domiciliary care and support to adults in their own homes.
We are looking for empathetic and supportive individuals to assist our service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
You will work collaboratively with adults to enable them to maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest.
Our team provides support to individuals with diverse needs, including physical, learning, and mental disabilities.
The role involves assisting with daily tasks, such as getting up or going to bed, washing, bathing, hair care, denture, and mouth care, as well as transfer/hoisting and supporting with food or drink.
Our service encompasses a broad range of activities, including meal preparation, cooking, and associated kitchen cleaning and hygiene.
For this position, the estimated salary is £12.60 per hour.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
Please note that you must undergo a DBS check or be registered on the DBS update service and prove your eligibility to work in the UK.
Prior experience in the care sector, especially in personal care, is highly valued but not required.
